From ensuring your cameras are set up correctly to helping you maximize the potential of your chosen digital format, our DITs provide end-to-end support. Expect to have on-set DITs to back up your footage onto external drives and an internal RAID. Rely on our technicians to conduct a quality check and a one-light grade under the cinematographer’s directions. They will then finally produce the files needed for the editorial phase.

On set DIT
LIVE GRADE
During the dailies coloring process, our DIT works with the cinematographer and director to establish a look or LUT (Look-Up Table) that defines the desired visual style for the project. This look is applied consistently across the dailies to maintain a unified aesthetic.
MEDIA MANAGEMENT
Our DITs handle organizing, storing, and handling customers’ various media assets, including video files, audio files, images, and other related materials, throughout the production lifecycle.

QUALITY CHECK
After the dailies coloring process is complete, the DIT performs quality control checks to ensure the color grading is accurately applied and meets the desired standards. The graded dailies are then delivered to the appropriate parties, such as the editor, director, or post-production team, for further processing and editing.
TRANSCODING
This is a challenging aspect of online media preparation because of the increasing number of viewing platforms, file formats, and streaming technologies. Due to this variety, transcoding digital camera footage has become more complicated and cumbersome. With our innovative DIT workstations, we make transcoding much simpler and faster for you. Our team can transcode your footage on-set as part of our responsibility. You can also bring your footage to our office so we can transcode it using our fast workstations.
DAILIES COLORING
Dailies coloring is essential for providing a preview of the final look of the project during the early stages of production. It helps the production team visualize the intended visual style, make creative decisions, and maintain a cohesive aesthetic throughout the editing and post-production processes.
DATA STORAGE
Data storage is a critical aspect of digital filmmaking, as it involves managing and preserving the large volumes of data generated during the production process. We use the highest quality SSD drives as a third back up for the production.

We provide professional and reliable DIT (Digital Imaging Technician) carts for film sets, designed to meet the demanding requirements of modern digital workflows. Our DIT carts are equipped with the essential tools and equipment necessary for efficient data management, color grading, and on-set post-production tasks.

The Deploy (2023) is a mobile vertical rack-mount workstation with 16U of space accessible from both the front and back of the cart. The turnkey configuration allows users to get started from the moment Deploy is unboxed.
Ideal for both studio and on-location use, the Deploy is fit for travel with INOVATIV’s EVO Wheel System on the front and 20 in. traction wheels in the rear. EVO Wheels swivel for navigation, include foot brakes for safety, and can be removed if needed. The 20 in. rear wheels improve mobility over uneven surfaces or rugged terrain.
